Note: As of May 2022, newly created Uptrends Enterprise accounts will no longer be able to use sub accounts. Instead, the permissions system can be used to set up a separate team within the account.
Sub accounts are a feature of the Uptrends Enterprise account. With sub accounts you can provide your customers with their own Uptrends monitoring account as an add-on service or act as a reseller. Operators can always manage their own account information, and depending on the permissions you grant, they can modify monitors, create new monitors, and set up new operators. In this article we will step through the process of creating a sub account.
If you are still using sub accounts, please check the following knowledge base articles for further information.
