More checkpoint info in check details

For each monitor check that is done, the check details are available on the dashboards Synthetics > Errors overview, Monitoring > Status detailsMonitoring > Monitor log and on the tile Last check details (a custom report tile ).

The checkpoint info now contains the additional information:

• Server ID
• IPv4 address
• IPv6 address (if available)
